As a provider, you need to efficiently navigate and manage your records without the clutter of irrelevant school years. To enhance your user experience, Kit dynamically filters and displays only those school years in the dropdown menu for which you have associated data. This feature is designed to streamline your data management and improve your workflow.
How It Works
Login to Kit
After logging into your account, navigate to any section where you need to select a school year (e.g., Student Grid, Teachers, Schools).
Dropdown Menu
When you click on the school year dropdown menu, you will see only the school years for which you have associated data.
Adding New Data
If you do not see a specific school year, it means there is no associated data for that year in your account. Your account should contain the current school year, and future school years will be added to the system automatically from the backend.
By implementing this feature, Kit ensures that you can manage your records more efficiently, focus on relevant data, and enjoy a streamlined user experience.
