Can Customers Still Return Items After Opting In?

No, customers cannot return items after opting in to a Kiwi Return Saver campaign.

This is clearly communicated through the Return Saver message shown on the product and cart pages. By accepting the offer, customers agree to waive their right to return the item.

If a customer who has opted in attempts to initiate a return through Shopify, the request will be automatically declined.

To ensure transparency and avoid disputes, we strongly recommend updating your store’s Return Policy to include this condition.
