How to Fix 'Something Went Wrong' Error When Importing CSV for Size Charts in Shopify

Uploading a CSV File for Size Charts

Before troubleshooting, let’s review the steps to upload a CSV file for generating a size chart table:

  1. Open the Kiwi app and click the “Add size chart” button in the upper right corner.

  2. Go to the “Import size table” tab.

  3. Select “Import table from CSV file.”

  4. Choose the CSV file you want to upload.

  5. By default, it will automatically create a size chart for you (Just add a name for this size chart and hit save).

Common Error: 'Something Went Wrong'

In some cases, when uploading a CSV file, you may encounter the following error:


Here’s how to troubleshoot this error “Something went wrong. Please refresh the page.”

  1. Check the CSV File in Excel or Google Sheets.

  2. Review the measurement row and make sure there are no duplicate titles. Duplicate measurements can cause the CSV file to fail during the import process.
