Why Am I Unable to Edit My Size Chart?
Updated over 3 months ago

Knowing how to edit your size chart is essential for maintaining accuracy, customization, and adaptability, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

However, large-scale merchants managing multiple stores may find it perplexing when the option to edit the size chart is unavailable.

Understanding Size Chart Synchronization

The inability to edit the size chart is due to its synchronization between stores. The size chart is imported from one store (the import source) to another (the export destination). If a merchant attempts to make changes to the size chart in the store where it's exported, they will not see the editing option available. Instead, adjustments must be made in the store from which the size chart is imported.

Identifying the Import Source

From the dashboard, you can identify if the size chart is imported from another store. Look for a message like “Import from kiwi-size-chart-demo.myshopify.com.”

The store where the size chart is exported doesn't have an option to edit the size chart.

Steps to Edit Your Size Chart:

  1. Access the Import Source: Go to the store that serves as the main source for the size chart.

  2. Make the Necessary Changes: Edit the size chart as needed in the import source store.

Once changes are made in the main source store, they will automatically synchronize with the export destination store.
