Managing Your Account & Billing Settings

Learn how to manage your account, change default settings, and modify your billing details.

Settings

Under Settings → General, you can change your defaults for:

  • Note types

  • Custom rules

  • Note language

  • Your own pronouns

  • Preferred professional title

Change Clinic Name

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to Clinic

  3. Change the name shown

Delete Clinic

To delete your clinic along with all the information in it:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to Clinic

  3. Press "Delete Clinic"

Auto-delete sessions/transcripts

To set an automatic timer that deletes sessions or transcripts:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to Clinic

  3. Select your preferred time interval under Auto-Delete Transcripts.

    1. This controls how long Klarify waits before automatically deleting data after a session is recorded.

  4. Next, choose what gets deleted.

    1. Set the following option to "Session" to delete the entire session record, including the note, transcript, mind map, and reflection questions. If you leave it set to "Transcript", only the raw transcript will be deleted while the rest of the session remains intact. Note: once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Manage Account

Here you can delete your account or update your:

  • Email

  • Password

  • 2-step authentication

Billing Management

Billing frequency can be changed both on individual and clinic plans.

For Individual Clinics

  • Go to Settings → Plan & Billing →

  • Use the radio toggle to switch between Monthly and Yearly cycles

  • Press "Change Frequency" on the plan you currently have, or, Upgrade/Downgrade on the respective plan you want to switch to.

For Team Clinics

  • Go to Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage Billing

  • Select Monthly or Yearly

  • Press Confirm Changes
