To configure email templates, select Settings > Email. You can then format Email Templates for Invoices, Quotes, Purchase Orders, Completed Jobs, Asset Service Records & Automated Asset Service Reminders.
We have default templates that you can use, but feel free to edit them. If you want to revert a template back to our defaults, select 'Reset to Default Text'. You will see that we have variable tags in place for you to use, these remove the need for you to edit every email that you send out as the variable tags will automatically populate the desired information for you.
For example:
The following string: The total amount due is {{INVOICE_TOTAL}}, to be paid by {{INVOICE_DUE_DATE}}. would read as The total amount due is £52.12 to be paid by 21/10/2024.
To view a full list of variables, click this option 'Use {{VARIABLES}} as placeholders for values that change. A list of all variable tags can be viewed here.'
