Team, Creating / Editing Team Members

When creating / editing a new Team Member you can fill out the following fields such as name, job title, travel / job rate and email address. You can also set a permission (i.e. what roles they have when accessing Klipboard's web dashboard) please see Permissions section for more information.

You can also upload an avatar image for a Team Member - we accept jpeg, gif and png files. You can assign a colour code for Team Member which wil display on the l 

You can manage a range of additional access types for a user.

Web Dashboard Access - by switching this on the Team Member will be able to access the Klipboard Web Dashboard.

Mobile App Access - by switching this on the Team Member will be able to access the the Klipboard iOS or Android Mobile / Tablet app.

Can create Jobs on tablet app - this will allow a Team Member to be able to create Jobs on the Klipboard iOS or Android Mobile / Tablet app. 

Team Member Sync Settings - you can set the number of days of how far in advance a Team Member will receive scheduled jobs to their calendar on the Klipboard iOS or Android Mobile / Tablet app. A useful benefit here is that by managing the sync you have the option (if needed) to reassign future Jobs beyond the sync period to other Team Members.  

Team Member Jobs Settings - this setting will automatically 'complete' Jobs uploaded from a Team Member's Klipboard iOS or Android Mobile / Tablet app. device. This means uploaded Jobs will move straight into the Completed Grid. This removes the need for an Admin Team Member to mark the particular Jobs as 'complete' in the Pending Jobs grid. 

Team Member Email Notifications - You also have the options to enable a range of notifications.

Once you have made your updates, select Submit.
