You can send notifications to all your Team Members or to a specific Team Member within Klipboard from two areas on the platform (within Live tracking or directly from Notifications). These notifications will be received by the Team Member using the Klipboard Mobile app in the notification section of the app.
Dashboard > Live Tracking > Send Notification
Click on the GPS location icon of a Team Member and a pop up flag will appear.
To send a notification, specify notification type i.e. All Team Members or specific Team Member. Give your notification a subject title and type your notification in the message body.
If you have selected to send the notification to a specific Team Member a drop down option will appear allowing you to select the them.
Once you have typed your notification and are happy, select Send.
