By clicking on the Actions button associated with the project in question, you can Archive, Delete or Complete your projects.

  • Project Category - One or more categories can be selected when a Project is created by selecting the required categories from the dropdown menu. To add a category, click on the plus symbol beside Categories, enter the name of the new Category from the side menu and press save. The new Category will be available for selection. Categories are a filterable option on the Projects Overview. Bespoke Categories can added to the dropdown list by navigating to Settings > Job & Project Settings and clicking on the Project Statuses & Categories tab.

  • Project Start Date - From the date picker provided select the start date for the Project.

  • Project End Date - From the date picker provided select the estimated project end date.

  • Project Total Value - The total value associated with the project can be allocated here. This will be used when calculating the margin of the project.

Once the above information is added, and saved, the Project in question will be added to your Projects grid.

Project Dashboard

The Projects Overview provides a summary of your Project details.

Here, you can find essential information such as the Project Number, Project Name, Creation Date, and Client Details for the Project in question.

Additionally, this section features an at-a-glance dashboard where you can quickly view and manage all associated Quotes, Invoices, and Purchase Orders for the project to date. This dashboard helps you keep track of your Project financials and ensures that you have all the necessary information at your fingertips.

The Project financials details displayed are:

  • Total Project Value - The total value attributed to the Project when created.

  • Invoiced to Date - The total percentage and value of paid invoices associated with the Project.

  • Project Completion Date - The completion date attributed to the Project when it is created.

  • Margin to Date - A percentage representation of the overall project margin.
