👀 View the transactions list
1️⃣ Navigate to Transactions from the ☰ menu
🔒 This section may be PIN-protected for security.
2️⃣ Browse the full transaction list, including:
Approved
Refunded
Failed
Voided
Each entry shows amount, time, card info, and status icon.
🔍 Filter transactions
1️⃣ Tap the Filter icon in the bottom right
2️⃣ Enter filter criteria, such as:
Transaction ID
Last 4 digits of the card
Amount range
Date range
3️⃣ Tap Apply Filter to narrow your search results
💸 Refund a transaction
You can refund payments in full or in part directly from the terminal.
1️⃣ Select the transaction
From the Transactions list, tap the transaction you want to refund
2️⃣ Tap Refund Transaction
On the Transaction Details screen, press the Refund Transaction button
3️⃣ Enter refund amount
You can refund the full amount or enter a partial amount
Tap Continue
4️⃣ Confirm the refund
Review the confirmation message
⚠️ Refunds go back to the original payment method and cannot be undone
Tap Process refund to proceed
5️⃣ Refund complete
You’ll see a ✅ Refund Requested message
Tap Print Merchant or Print Shopper to issue receipts if needed
💡 Tip: All refunds will appear in the Transactions list with a green refund icon and a note showing amount refunded.
