How to initiating payments from POS

If you initiate payments from your POS, ensure your terminal is on the "Wait for Orders" screen.

Navigate here by selecting Menu > Wait for Orders.

If you leave the "Wait for Orders" screen, the terminal will not display payments sent from your POS.
