You can make watermark adjustments directly in our Image editor!

Add your brand logo, frame, or upload a different picture. You also have the option to add text or a URL link. Move, resize, and adjust it without going to Canva or other image editors.

2. Custom video thumbnail 🎞

We know how a strategically chosen video thumbnail can increase engagement and video views. After all, this little sneak peek determines whether someone decides to click the Play button or keep on scrolling.

In Kontentino, you can handpick the right thumbnail for your Instagram and Facebook videos.

After your video is uploaded, a Set video thumbnail section will appear below.

Slide the button until you find the perfect frame for your video. Hit the Set thumbnail button, and you're ready to go!


3. Customizable Link shortener 🔗 and UTM tag builder

Tired of switching between browser tabs when building UTM-rich URL links? There's no need for Bitly, Sniply, or any other -ly anymore.

Shorten your links in no time, right from the post creation section, and insert them into the copy with one click. And the best thing is that they're fully customizable.

Easily create UTM links by turning on the toggle and filling in the parameters.

Would you like to use the same link in the future? Just name it and hit the Save and insert button.


4. iCalendar integration 🗓

NOTE: This feature is only available for admin roles.

This integration will help you to be more organized and

have an even better overview of your social media campaigns.

Sync your planned posts in Kontentino with your Google/Apple calendar and see what is planned on what date. Thanks to this integration, you can:

  • access posts in Kontentino from reminders placed in your calendar

  • set up reminders about planned posts

  • organize your calendar according to released campaigns on your profiles

  • never forget about anything important 😉

To turn on the syncing, head to Settings and select Company settings. Watch the video to see how to do it step-by-step.

You can easily turn off the syncing by turning off the calendar toggle.


5. Post ideas and dateless posts

Do you want to create drafts and set up their scheduling time later?

Create a post without a scheduling date. Click on the Clear date button when creating or editing your post. The dateless post will appear in the Post ideas section.

Schedule it whenever you're ready, or drag & drop it easily to a specific date in the Calendar.

Our tip: Dateless posts can be used as template/recurring posts that you can simply drag & drop to various dates in the Calendar.

To do so, simply hold CMD/CTRL on your keyboard when dragging the post. It will duplicate the post — one will stay as dateless in Post ideas, and the other will be dropped on the date you've selected.


6. Hashtag Presets

Save your most commonly used #️⃣ s and insert them to the post copy with just one click.

You can save as many presets as you wish for all types of social media profiles.

Also, this feature is not limited solely to hashtags! You can save @tags for Instagram and Twitter accounts or have a preset containing any text. It's totally up to you how you wish to use it.


7. Instagram Grid view

Drag & drop Instagram posts in the Grid view and switch around their scheduling time.

What are the main pros of this update?

8. Workflow

Our biggest update ever! We thought that opening Kontentino and seeing everything important at first glimpse would be amazing. That's why we've created a place for more transparent collaboration and post creation processes.

What are the biggest benefits of Workflow?

📅 Drag & drop planning: Change the status of your posts simply by dragging & dropping them to the specific column of your workflow process. The whole post creation process can now be done from a single view!

👁️ More transparent workflow processes: See right away which posts are waiting for approval, planned for the day, assigned to you, and much more.

👩‍💻 Task management: See who's working on what and when. Also, you can delegate tasks easily by dragging & dropping your posts into the Assigned column.

Customizable workflow process: Customize your workflow based on your collaboration processes. Click on the Columns button and select those you would like to see in your dashboard. You can also filter your content thanks to the Filter and Sort buttons.


9. Time savers ⏱️

We've created a "magic" button called Time savers! Did you know that this button allows you to duplicate multiple posts at once, send multiple posts for approval to numerous recipients, and many other great things?

You can find the Time savers button at the top of the screen in Posts. When you click on it, various options will appear. They'll save you precious time!


10. Post checklist

Do you have a set of rules for your social media content? Does your client have specific requirements that you just can't forget? Post checklist is a huge lifesaver!

See if the post is ready to go and what still needs to be done! Checklists are fully customizable, and you can create them for different clients/accounts, or post types. They're also a fantastic helper for onboarding your new team members.

To set up a checklist, go to Settings > Profiles > Post checklist below the social media profile. Post checklist will appear in your post preview modal.


11. Image templates

Do you need to incorporate a logo or branded frame into your image post? No need to bother with Canva, Photoshop, or a graphic designer. Do it by yourself with only a few clicks right in Kontentino.

Set up image templates in Settings > Profiles > Image template.

You can add a template to your image when creating or editing a post. Click on the Edit icon on your image > select Watermark. Here you'll find your templates, and you can also adjust them to fit your image perfectly.


12. Labels

Do you keep your social media content balanced? Use Labels to tag and filter your social media posts based on the topic, theme, or overall goal.

Create your own labels, such as brand awareness, entertainment, hard-sell, or any you like, so everyone on your team can easily understand the marketing strategy.

You can add Labels easily when creating or editing your post and manage them in your profile settings. They will subsequently appear on the top right-hand side of your view, indicating how often you use each content label. 👇


13. Content export to CSV

Would you like to make a list of posts and copies you've created? You can do so by clicking the Export icon on the top right-hand side of your Calendar and selecting the CSV (Excel) option.

You also have the option to export posts to PDF, text only (TXT), or download the images only.


14. Team's activity report

You can download a CSV report with your team's activity. It provides an overview of individual team members' work for a selected time period, for example, how many posts a person scheduled, for what profiles, on what days, and other details. This feature is mainly useful for admins.

Head to Settings > Company settings > select Team's activity from the list of options. Apply the date range for which you want to see a report and click Download CSV.
