Save valuable time and energy by scheduling multiple posts at once across various profiles.
There are two ways how to schedule multiple posts at once in Kontentino.
The first option is to use the Time Savers feature.
Start by creating a profile group:
Open the Profile selector
Click Create profile group
Now you can name the profile group, manage its users, add a logo, and select the profiles you want to add
Click the Create button
Choose the profile group from the Profile selector
Select the posts you want to schedule (or use the All button)
Click the Time Savers button
Select Duplicate
Choose the target profile you want to duplicate your posts to
Click Duplicate posts
⭐️ NOTE: Now you can edit the posts to be optimized for the specific social media platform.
Select the posts in the Calendar
Choose Time Savers
Click Schedule
The second option can be done while scheduling or creating a specific post.
Set up a profile group (check option 1 for a guide)
Create and schedule the post
Click the Duplicate button in the quick bar
Select the profiles you want to duplicate this post to
Click Duplicate posts
⭐️ NOTE: Kontentino will automatically duplicate and schedule this post across the selected profiles, and each duplicate will keep the status of the original post.
