Our Post Ideas feature allows you to store your thoughts and convert them into fully fleshed posts whenever you like.
How to do it?
Create a post
Remove the publishing date or keep the publishing date and time fields blank
Click Save
⭐️ NOTE: Now, your post is saved as a Post Idea. You can still collaborate on this post or send it for approval.
To access your Post Ideas:
Open the left-side panel in the calendar
Click Post Ideas
⭐️ NOTE: Here, you can easily create new Post Ideas by clicking the “+ New idea” button or find your Post Idea based on their copy text.
To transform a Post Idea into a standard post:
Drag & drop the Post Idea into a date in your calendar
Or
Open a Post Idea and fill in the publishing date and time fields
Click Schedule
🌶️ HOT TIP: For recurring posts or if you want to use the Post Idea as a template, hold the Option key on Mac/Alt key on Windows when dragging & dropping the Post Idea to the Calendar. This creates a copy of your Post Idea with the original still in your repository.
