If you don’t know your password or your login data you can change them in the Kontist app at any time.
To change your password:
Please make sure you’re using the same email address for login you’ve used to register.
After opening the app, select “Forgot your password?”
You will receive an email. Please open it on your phone and follow the instructions in the email.
If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder. Wait at least 30 minutes before you request a new email.
If you’ve requested several emails, please use the link from the last one.
In case you enter a wrong password five times, access to your account is blocked. You can try logging in again after 30 minutes.
