How do I update my email address or private address?
You can update this directly in the app:
Open the Kontist app
Tap Profile (top left)
Select Settings
Go to Personal information
Tap on Email or Private address to update
How do I change my name, nationality or gender?
To update your name, nationality, or gender:
Contact us via the in-app chat
or send us an email at support@kontist.comPlease provide the following documents:
Name & Gender – We need:
An official document showing the change (e.g. marriage certificate or updated birth certificate)
A copy of your valid ID (front and back of your ID card or your passport)
Nationality – We need:
A copy of your new national ID card (front and back) or your passport
How do I change my password?
To change your password, click on “Forgot password” in the login screen — either in the app or in online banking.
You can then reset and set a new password.
