Advice for nannies on what to do when they've completed all the steps on their application but still can't apply for nanny roles

This article has been written for the Koru Kids Nanny Service, for nannies who have already started their application.


First thing's first - have you completed all the parts of your application by following along the step-by-step instructions?

Make sure you've uploaded all your ID documents and provided the correct contact details for all of your referees. It would also pay to ask your referees to double-check their spam/junk folders to make sure they don't miss our emails.

We get a lot of applications so things can be very busy, which means it can take up to 5+ days after applying for you to hear anything about your application status. This is completely normal and we will be in touch soon.

Please also keep an eye on your emails as we may contact you asking for any further information/clarification needed in order to progress your application.
