What should I do if my order status is delivered but my recipient did not receive the items?

You may retrieve the proof of delivery from your History dashboard to see if the order has been dropped off at the correct location. Your recipient should also check with the building reception, family members or housemates first before raising any concern. For any disputes, please send an email to support@kosmo.delivery.

What should I do if my parcels are not been delivered after the given time frame?

You can track the status of your parcel on the tracking pages of the respective providers or via Kosmo's order tracking dashboard. Couriers may take longer to deliver your items if the packaging is damaged during transportation or inaccurate information is provided during order creation. In addition, during peak periods, delayed deliveries may be expected due to high demand.
