Before creating any delivery on Kosmo, it is necessary for users to add their payment method. You will be charged only for the deliveries you complete via Kosmo and only for the amount that you see when confirming the delivery, no hidden nor recurrent fees will be charged.
Kosmo accepts all the major debit or credit cards. If you don't see your preferred payment method, reach out to support@kosmo.delivery, our team will be happy to assist you.
To add your payment method:
Go to Settings > Billings, click on "Add a new payment method" and fill the form with your card's details.
2. Once your card is registered, you will be able to clicl on "Open you billing settings" and review all your billing information along with all your past invoices.
