Free Trials and Pricing Plans
We offer 14 day free trial to all customers. Upon creating an account, you will be required to input your credit card details and select a plan before you can start placing your first order.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you will have access to the app for the rest of the billing period, but you will not be billed again.
For Enterprise customers, feel free to reach out to us at sales@kosmo.delivery. We will be able to do further customization as well as high volume prices that are suited to your delivery needs.
Notification Pricing
SMS and Whatsapp notifications are not included in monthly subscription package. You will be able to select which notification to send to your customers, and at which stage of the delivery. Charges of the notifications will be based on prevailing rates stated on the Kosmo Notification Settings page as per below, and they are different per country:
The notifications will not be charged on a delivery level and will be invoiced to you based on the pre-set invoice period.
Kosmo Network Pricing
In the event that you face an order surge and will require additional help from 3rd party logistics providers, you will be able to request for a delivery rider via our Kosmo Network. Upon requesting a rider, you will be presented with a quote. This is the amount you pay once the delivery has been completed. The payment will be made via the default payment method of your account.
The pricing of Kosmo network is dynamic and it is dependent on many factors such as vehicle types, order demand, location as well as time of the day. We will ensure delivery based on the stipulated service level with Kosmo network.
You will receive the detailed breakdown in your invoice.
Exceeding your plan order limit
In the event that you exceed your order limit for your subscription plan, you will still be allowed to manage your deliveries via Kosmo. These additional orders will be charged at the prevailing rates according to your plan.
