Guided run instructions during your workout. Especially useful for structured workouts.
Have your runs automatically downloaded to the Kotcha app.
And when you launch your workout from your Apple Watch, it is automatically linked to the right workout in your Kotcha app.

Pairing your Apple Watch
Follow those steps to check and restore your pairing with your Apple Watch:
Open the Kotcha app, and go to the Me tab and go to the Connected Apps & Devices section.
Check if Sync with Apple Watch has a green checkmark.
If it shows a green checkmark (like screen #8 below), it means that pairing is valid.
If it doesn't show anything, or it shows a red cross mark, click on Sync with Apple Watch.
Tap on both toggle buttons to grant access to export workouts to your Apple Watch, and connect with Apple Health.
Allow Kotcha to add workouts to Apple Watch.
You should also Turn On All categories from Apple Health, it allows Kotcha to automatically download your runs into the app.
Validate by clicking on Allow.
Check the confirmation screen.
You should now see the green checkmark.
My workouts don't export to my Apple Watch
Follow those instructions if your workouts don't export to your Apple Watch.
Open your Apple Watch mobile app.
Scroll down and go to the Workout app settings.
Scroll down and go to Connected Apps.
Check that the Kotcha app is toggled on.
You don't see the Kotcha app? It means that you have not done the steps of the previous section.
If the Kotcha app is toggled on:
Go back to the Kotcha app and tap on the calendar icon.
Then tap Save to restart the export to your Apple Watch.
Now go back to your Apple Fitness app.
Go to the Workout tab, and check that you see Kotcha at the top of the screen (requires iOS 26+, otherwise go check in your Apple Watch directly).
You see Kotcha? Good news, it means your workouts have been exported. They will now appear in your Apple Watch Workout app next time your watch syncs with your iPhone.
