We offer two flexible payment options to suit the preferences of our wholesale customers.

✔ Please note that the shipping cost displayed on the checkout page is an estimated shipping cost, not the final amount based on actual weight. Additionally, bulk weight discounts may not be applicable.

1. Pay for both products and shipping together.

This option allows customers to pay for both the product cost and shipping cost in a single transaction.

✔ Pros:

• Faster order processing since the payment is fully completed upfront.

• Ideal for customers who prefer a simple and hassle-free process.

✖ Cons:

• Shipping costs may be overcharged or undercharged, and adjustments may be necessary.

• Customers may miss out on discounts for bulk-weight orders.

If overcharged (Card / Paypal): Partial refunds via Card / PayPal

If overcharged (Bank Transfer): The overage amount will be retained as store credit.

If undercharged: A payment request will be sent for the remaining shipping cost.

Recommended For: Relatively small orders.


2. Pay for Products First, Then Pay for Shipping After Packing

Customers pay for the products first, and after packing, you pay the exact calculated shipping cost.

✔ Pros:

• Precise shipping costs since the total package weight and size are determined after packing.

• Allows for better flexibility if customers plan to combine multiple orders for cost-efficient shipping.

✖ Cons:

• Dispatch may be slightly delayed as an additional payment step is required before shipping.

• Customers need to make two separate payments, which may feel inconvenient. If paying via Bank Transfer, two transaction fees may apply.

Recommended For:

Relatively large orders.

Combining orders or splitting an order for shipping.

✖ Cons:

• Due to transaction fees, additional discounts are not possible.


2. Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer, T/T)

What is it?

This is a method of sending money from one bank account to another. It is commonly used for international business transactions

You can request a wire transfer at a physical bank branch, through online banking services, or via money transfer providers like Western Union, Wise, Revolut, and more.

✔ Pros:

• Additional 5% discount.

• Lower Fees for Large Transactions - Most bank transfers have a fixed transaction fee, typically ranging from $10 to $30.

✖ Cons:

• Transaction fees may apply for each payment.

• For small amount transfers, the fees may be higher than card & PayPal fees.

Which Option is Best?

• For convenience or relatively small orders 1. Card & PayPal

• For larger orders 2. Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer, T/T)
