Where to Locate Email Tools
There are several places in btPRO from which you can send an email to a lead. All email communications, regardless of where you accessed the email tool, will be automatically logged and tracked in the leads timeline.
'Quick Actions' Option in the Toolbar
Need to fire an email to a lead quickly? Simply click on 'Quick Actions' at the top of btPRO in the toolbar and select 'Send Email'.
A pop-up will appear with the email builder, so you can draft your message and send it to the desired lead.
'Send Email' Option in a Lead Profile
If you're already in a lead profile and want to send them an email, just click on 'Send Email' in the actions section on the right side of the profile.

'CORE Video' Option in a Lead Profile
Prefer to send a video email? Use the 'CORE Video' option in a lead profile to send a video message to your lead.
CORE Video allows you to send a more personalized message that is unique to your lead.

Once you click on 'CORE Video', a pop-up will appear with the email builder, so you can draft your message and send it to the desired lead.
'Mass Email' Option in the Smart CRM
Want to reach multiple leads at once? Send a mass email in the Smart CRM by clicking 'Mass Email'.
Once you've selected the desired leads, click on 'Mass Email' to access the email builder to draft and send your message.
'Scheduled Mass Email' Option in the Marketing Section
Want to reach multiple leads at once at a later date? Send a scheduled mass email via the Marketing section of btPRO.
'Email' Option in the Listings Section
Have a listing you'd like to email to a lead?
The 'Email' option in a listing detail page in btPRO auto-generates a link to the listing in an email that you can send to your lead.
Once you click on 'Email', a pop-up will appear with the email builder, so you can draft your message and send it to the desired lead.
How to Send an Email
Once you've opened the email builder, you can draft your message using either the Basic or Advanced Editor. By default, the Basic Editor will display, but you can click on 'Advanced Editor' to access more email tools.
Basic Email Editor
The default version of the email editor is best used when sending a quick reminder to a single lead, a bulleted or numbered list of items to a vendor or an Agent on your Team, or to create a plain text email template to use again in the future.

Advanced Email Editor
Switching over to the Advanced Email Editor allows you to use various widgets, like images, icons, videos, and more, to enhance your email message. Using this email editor is fantastic for creating and sending newsletters, visually stimulating messages like announcements or simple, but dynamic messages with interactive buttons and links.
