If you want to increase your cover or add optional extras partway through the year, a waiting period will apply, and the new cover will only apply to new medical conditions or future renewals.
If you want to decrease your cover or remove optional extras, this can usually be done mid-year with no waiting period, as long as you haven’t made a claim and your pet hasn’t had any medical conditions. Otherwise, changes will need to wait until your next renewal.
