If your pet is put to sleep by a vet due to illness or injury during your policy year, we can also help cover the costs of euthanasia and burial or cremation depending on your policy level:

To make a claim:
Submit your claim via the Lassie app, by email, or ask your vet to submit a direct claim if possible.
Your vet will need to provide a statement confirming your pet's date and cause of death.
Without this, we unfortunately cannot provide cover.
