I did not receive the goods that were included in the account. Will I get my money back?

If an item that is included in the invoice sent to you by email was not delivered in your order, please contact the „LastMile“ customer support team after receiving your order via email at support@lastmile.lt or through the LiveChat platform.

The customer support team will review the situation and, if the item was not delivered, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Customer support is available daily (Mon–Sun) from 08:00 to 22:00.
