This report allows you to find all Laundry Cards, or Mobile Accounts, associated with your location, that are currently active.

You'll find this report in the last line of the Reports section, on the right hand side of the main LaundroPortal page as shown below:

Once you're on the Card Report page, you will be presented with the following screen:

Using the Card Report

The card report page will present you with different filters, and check boxes, that you can use to narrow your scope on the types of customer/management accounts that this report will search for.

Setup the filters for the type of search you want to conduct, and then click the Run Report button to have the system generate your report:

Last Usage filter

You can select a date, and then toggle between seeing only cards that were last used Any Time, Before, On, or After the specified date.

Account Type filter

You can filter out cards, based on their type, by toggling between Any cards, all Users, only Mobile Users, only Card Users, only Management cards, and only Collection cards.

Selecting a check box that says "Account must..." will limit the report to only pulling accounts that match this criteria.

Selecting a check box that starts with "Include..." will add additional columns to the report that gets generated, that will include the information described by the check box.

Once you've setup your filters, click the Run Report button and wait for the report to be generated.

Depending on the volume of customers you serve, and the filters you've selected, the system may take a few minutes to generate the report. Once the system is finished, you will be presented with the generated report:

This screen will show you all of the cards that have been active in your location, based on the date(s) you've filtered for.

You'll get a breakdown of the cards found that match your filter criteria, as well as the Total Balance (Float) value of all the cards included in this report.

Clicking on any of the card numbers will give you more details about that specific card, by taking you to the Card Tracker page for that specific card.

Account must have user registration info check-box

Selecting this check-box will restrict the report to only pulling laundry cards that have registration information entered.

Useful for pulling up a list of all Management Cards where you have assigned registration information to them,

or for pulling a list of all customers who have registered their information on their Laundry Cards/LaundryCat App accounts.

Account must be administered check-box

Selecting this check-box will restrict the report to only pulling laundry cards that have been administered via the administered accounts section of the LaundroPortal.

For more information on administered accounts, review our Discount Cards/Administered Accounts article

Include creation date check-box

Selecting this check-box adds a "Creation Date" column to the generated report that will list a timestamp for when that Laundry Card was first created for use at the location

Included banned accounts check-box

By default, any generated report will exclude any Laundry Card that has been banned by the system. Selecting this check-box will include banned Laundry Cards/Accounts in the generated report

Note that any balances attributed to a banned account (Laundry Card or LaundryCat App account) are never included in the store's Float calculation (regardless if banned accounts are included in a generated report)

Include free dry balances check-box

Selecting this option adds a "Free Dry Balance" column to the generated report that will list the last known Free Dry Balance of a Laundry Card/LaundryCat App account

Include cycle and payment totals check-box

Selecting this option adds a "Cycle Total" and "Payment Total" column to the generated report that will list the total amount of money spent on starting machines in the store (Cycle Total) and the total amount of money loaded onto the Laundry Card/LaundryCat App account (Payment Total).

Common Usage of the Card Report

The most common uses of the Card Report is to retrieve a full list of all of your registered customers, get a full list of all the Management Cards associated with your store, or to calculate the total float for your store.

Below are screenshots so you know how to setup the filters in order to generate a report showing these common report requests:

Generating a report to calculate the Total Float

You want to ensure that the Last usage filter is set to "Any Time", and the Account Type filter is set to "Users" so that you're including all Laundry Cards AND LaundryCat App accounts that have ever been used in the store.

Any value loaded on Banned Laundry Cards or Banned LaundryCat App accouts will not contribute to the total Float for the store, so if you "Include banned accounts" in your generated report, this will NOT affect the Total Float value that is presented by the report (banned accounts are always assumed to have a $0 balance).

Generating a full list of all Registered Users

Selecting the "Account must have user registration info" check box will ensure that the generated report only includes Laundry Cards and LaundryCat App accounts that have registration information.

Generating a full list of all Management Cards

Setting the Account Type filter to "Management" ensures that only Management accounts are pulled in the generated report.

If you're only interested in seeing Management Cards specifically (if you're store also makes use of the WashLynx App), set the Account Type filter to "Management Cards".

Exporting Your Generated Card Report

You can export any generated Card Report by simply clicking on the Export button in the Accounts Report header:

This will prompt the system to download a copy of this report as a .CSV file. You can then import this .CSV file into Excel or Google Sheets if you want to do any additional sorting on this report.

The .CSV file can also be used with a 3rd party marketing service in order to send mass promotional emails to your customers.
