You can close your account at any time by downloading the Laybuy app, selecting the Settings tab and scrolling to the bottom to find the close account option. Just follow the steps and the account will be deactivated in no time.
An account cannot be closed if there are payments which are pending or overdue. Please ensure these are paid before you attempt to close your account.
