Refunds are a big part of shopping, we've made it easier than ever to always get your funds back and your order updated.
When a refund is processed by the merchant, we immediately will update your repayment schedule. Depending on the value of the refund, this could do one of a few different things to the order.
If the refund is for the full amount, any money paid will be refunded back to your bank account and all future payments, if any, will be cancelled.
If it's a partial refund, your order will be updated to reflect the new total. If you've paid more than what is owed, you'll have the difference refunded back to your bank account. All future instalments will either be cancelled or updated to reflect the new order total.
For card orders, we can't always link this back to the original order so you'll see that you have a refund pending. All you'll need to do is assign the refund to the available order and the same process as above will be completed.
