Assigning a refund in the app

Here we help you when a Card refund can't be automatically assigned.

When refunds are applied, our system will automatically assign this to the correct order based on the amount, store name, and order number. There are some instances where we are unable to locate the correct order. If this is the case we will let you know that a refund is pending, and you can assign this yourself to the correct order by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the “Payments” tab

  2. Select the pending refund that appears

  3. Select the order that the refund should be applied to, and we will automatically action this

If the amount refunded exceeds the amount remaining on the order, you will receive the difference back into your bank account. If the refund is less than the amount left on the order, we’ll instead reduce the amount you have to pay back accordingly.
