How do I add additional users?

Need additional team members to be able to view reports, action refunds and gain insights? We can help you with that.

All we need from you is:

  • Your merchant ID

  • First and last names of the person you're adding

  • The email address of the person you're adding

Finally, for security purposes, we need to know the level of access that you'd like each staff member to have. If required, we can restrict a user account from being able to issue refunds and can hide sensitive information such as the settlement and transaction reporting from their dashboard.

Once we have this information, the team will create a new user login, and send a reset password link to the email address you've provided us. This will allow the new user to set themselves an access password and log in to the portal.
