Instead of sending participants to a generic checkout, Preferred organisers can seamlessly match the look and feel of your event and organisation pages - ensuring a cohesive, professional experience.
Setting Up Branding
To create a branding theme, navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu and select Branding.
From here, you can create a new theme.
Customise your branding by setting a primary colour, background image, and brand name to align with your event’s visual identity.
This is also where you can customise your email branding, including button colours, headings, and background details for emails sent to participants.
Applying Your Branding to an Event
Once your branding theme is set up, you can apply it to an event.
Whilst still in the Branding Themes page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and copy the Theme ID.
Navigate to the event you wish to brand and go to Manage Event.
In the Event Details page, scroll down to find the branding section.
4. Input your branding theme ID, and any traffic from your website to Let's Do This will now display your custom branding.
Note: To maintain a consistent experience, ensure you use Preferred Links when directing participants to Let's Do This. Traffic coming directly from the LDT marketplace will still display in marketplace colours to provide a clear, recognisable journey for all users.
