An overview of your Organizer Dashboard, where you can manage events, marketing, and data across your entire event portfolio.

Let's Do This provides event organizers with all the tools necessary to handle participants, events, marketing, partners, and revenue information across all their events.


As an event organizer, you’ll get access to your own Organizer Dashboard to manage events, marketing, and data across your entire event portfolio.

Getting access to your Organizer Dashboard

First, sign in or create a letsdothis.com account if you haven’t already. Go to letsdothis.com, select Login from the top navigation bar and follow the steps to sign in to an account:


Once you’ve signed in, contact your Partner Success Manager who can generate a secure, one-time admin authorization link. This link will grant your letsdothis.com account access to your Organizer Dashboard.

Once you’ve used the admin authorization link, you’ll be able to access the LDT Dashboard from the top level navigation:


Key features

The Organizer Dashboard contains tools that you can use across your entire event portfolio.

In addition, each of your events will have their own individual Event Dashboard where you can manage event-specific areas like booking forms, participant management, startlists, and transactions.

Use the navigation menu in the Organizer Dashboard to access these areas:

Events

A list of all of your upcoming events, sorted by start date.

  • We’ll show you a summary of how many events you have upcoming, and which ones are Bookable (ie. open to registration) and Not yet bookable.

  • Use the filter dropdown to change to a view of past events within the last 12 months:


  • For each upcoming event, use View bookings to access its Event Dashboard:


    The Event Dashboard will allow you to manage individual entries, set up event tickets and booking forms, add content for your Let’s Do This marketplace event page, and send email messages to your event participants.

Add-ons

  • Sales: See sales performance for your merchandise and other products that you sell through Let’s Do This, across all your events.

  • Products: Manage inventory, variants, sizes, and select which events each product can be available for.

Marketing

  • Discount codes: Set up and manage codes for your participants to redeem during checkout, across all your events. You can select which events each discount code can be available for and set restrictions. See: Creating Discount Codes.

  • Credits: Set up credits to grant to individual participants that they can redeem for future events.

  • Email marketing: Build emails using our drag-and-drop editor and schedule marketing campaigns to your participants. You can also manage custom audiences. See: Email tooling.

Financials

  • A summary of your financial performance across all events. You can filter by event, date range, or look up specific transactions.

Performance

  • All Bookings: View and manage all participant bookings across all events, sorted by most recent. You can filter by name, ID, date range, or status. We recommend using this view if you’d like to look up or modify an individual participant booking without needing to navigate deeply into a specific event.

Settings

  • Branding themes: Customize your logo and brand colours for each of your events. This will be reflected across your marketing emails and registration flows.

  • Participant self-serve: Manage settings for allowing participants to exchange their race entry for credit or to another participant.

Partners

  • Manage your charities and other partners who have reserved entries across your events. You can see how many of their entry spots have been filled or cancelled. If you’re looking to view, manage or create partners, read Manage and create a new partner. If you want to allocate reserved entries for a partner, check out Manage and create Reserved Entries.
