To issue a refund, follow these steps:
Click on the View Bookings button for the relevant event. Once the Startlist has opened, choose the participant(s) that you wish to issue a refund and tick the checkbox on their Startlist row - you can tick as many participants as you need.
Then, click Modify.
Then, select the Request Refund option in the top right-hand corner of the screen
Fill out the text field (which tells our Customer Service team the reason for the refund, the total amount to refund, and whether all registrations within the transaction should be refunded) and click Confirm.
The funds will then be refunded to the participant's account, and should be received within a few working days.
If they have not received the funds within 10 working days, please ask them to get in touch. Please note that we do not typically send out emails confirming that refunds have been processed to you or the participant, so keep an eye on your Payments tab within the dashboard to track the progress of a refund.
