Thanks to organiser privileges given to you when you joined Let's Do This, you have the power to close your own event pages when you want.
First, log in to Let's Do This, and navigate to your dashboard.
Once inside the dashboard, choose the event you'd like to close, and click on the 'bookings open' toggle in the bottom left of the event tile.
You'll then be greeted with a pop-up, asking you to confirm your choice. You'll be able to mark your event as either
Cancelled
Sold Out
Postponed
Other
Select your choice, and click confirm. Bookings for the event will now be closed on LDT.

Top Tip #1
The reason you choose for closing bookings will be shown to participants on the event page. Make sure you only mark pages as sold out if they really are, to prevent any confusion from potential entrants.

Did you know that events on LDT receive 15% of bookings in the 2 weeks before event day? Keep your tickets open as long as possible to benefit from the last minute booking dash!
