How do I request lead credit?

How you request lead credit will depend on the lead type and where the lead was purchased. It is important to review the Lead credit Guidelines before submitting a lead credit request. Submitting a false leads credit request can affect your ability to request future credits.

Note: All lead credit requests are subject to investigation to prove the accuracy of the credit reason.

To request a lead credit for leads assigned in HQ:

In HQ, you will select the lead from your My Leads page. After selecting the lead, you will be able to click a field to request credit.

To request a lead credit for leads assigned to an analog A lead order:

Analog A Leads assigned via the Subscription Model will not be available for credit request submissions via HQ or Opt at launch. We are working to enable this feature on HQ in the future. To submit a Lead Credit Request, create a ticket for Leads Marketplace Support on HQ. It may take up to 14 business days for the Leads Department to review and validate your request. Please submit all required details and a screenshot of the lead on HQ or the Lead PDF to ensure there are no delays in processing your request. All requests will be reviewed according to the Lead Credit Policy Guidelines.
