1️⃣ Delay
A delay is a waiting period between two actions in a campaign. It ensures that interactions happen gradually and appear natural to LinkedIn.
Example:
• You send a connection request today, but the follow-up message is set to be sent 3 days after acceptance.
• The delay prevents immediate follow-ups, which can seem spammy.
💡 Delays help maintain safe automation by mimicking real human interactions.
2️⃣ Replied
If a prospect replies to any of your messages, Leadseeder will:
✅ Automatically remove them from the campaign to avoid sending additional automated messages.
✅ Mark them with the “Has Replied” status.
Example:
• You send a connection request with a message.
• The prospect accepts and replies before receiving your scheduled follow-up.
• They exit the campaign, allowing you to respond manually.
💡 To track replied prospects, use the “Has Replied” filter in the campaign dashboard.
3️⃣ Invitation Pending
This means the connection request has been sent but not yet accepted by the prospect.
Example:
• You send 100 connection requests today.
• 40 prospects accept within a few days.
• The remaining 60 prospects are still in “Invitation Pending.”
💡 If the prospect does not accept within the campaign timeframe (20 days), they will exit the campaign.
4️⃣ Invitation Sent
A connection request has been successfully delivered to the prospect.
Example:
• You launch a campaign with Profile Visit + Connection Request steps.
• Leadseeder visits 50 profiles and then sends connection requests to them.
• Those 50 prospects now have the status “Invitation Sent.”
💡 At this stage, Leadseeder waits for the prospect to accept.
5️⃣ Invitation Accepted
The prospect accepted your connection request and is now in your LinkedIn network.
Example:
• You sent a connection request 5 days ago.
• The prospect accepted it today.
• They now move to the next step in the campaign, such as receiving a follow-up message.
💡 Only after an invitation is accepted can the system send follow-up messages.
6️⃣ Profile Visited
Leadseeder visited the prospect’s profile as part of the automation sequence.
Example:
• You set up a campaign with Profile Visit + Connection Request + Message steps.
• The system visits 100 profiles today.
• Those prospects now have the “Profile Visited” status.
• Those prospects will receive a notification on LinkedIn that you visited their profile.
💡 Profile visits increase visibility, making prospects more likely to recognize your connection request.
7️⃣ Message Sent
A message has been successfully sent to a prospect.
Example:
• You created a campaign: Invitation + Message (after 2 days).
• The prospect accepted the request, and after 2 days, the system sent them a follow-up message.
• The prospect now has the status “Message Sent.”
💡 Messages can be connection requests, follow-ups, or personalized outreach messages.
8️⃣ Delayed Message
A message is scheduled but not yet sent due to a predefined delay.
Example:
• The campaign is set to send a follow-up message 3 days after connection acceptance.
• The prospect accepted your connection request today.
• The system delays the message until the 3-day period is over.
💡 Delayed messages ensure smoother, non-spammy LinkedIn interactions.
