Campaigns in Leadseeder allow you to automate actions such as profile visits, connection requests, and messages, following specific sequences and timelines. Here’s how to launch your first campaign.
Launch a Campaign from a prospect list
⚠️ It is not possible to launch a campaign from "All prospects."
Select Your Prospects
Import Prospects: Begin by importing your prospects from LinkedIn groups, events, searches, 1st-degree connections, or a CSV file. This is done using the Leadseeder extension.
Create a List: Navigate to the Dashboard and create a new list for your imported prospects.
Open Dashboard
Dashboard Access: Go to the Leadseeder Dashboard and click on "Prospects" to view your imported leads.
Create a Campaign
Once the Import is complete click "Start Campaign": In the Dashboard, click on "Start Campaign."
Name Your Campaign: Give your campaign a distinct name for easy reference.
Customize Actions in your sequence: Add actions like profile visits, connection requests with or without a note, and personalized messages. You can use variables like "First_name," "Location," or "Position" to personalize your messages.
Set Delays: Schedule delays between each action.
⚠️ LinkedIn recently decided to limit the sending of invitation notes to their Premium members only.
If you have a Freemium LinkedIn account, you can only send 5 notes per month, with a 200-character limit each.
Launch and Automate 🚀
Review and Launch: Review your campaign and click "Start Campaign" to launch.
Automation in Action: Your campaign will now run automatically, handling the repetitive tasks of LinkedIn lead generation for you.
Conditions and Delays of a Campaign
To ensure that your campaign runs smoothly, certain conditions and delays are built into the process:
Conditions:
For example, a prospect must accept your connection request before receiving a follow-up message.
Time gap between each actions is maintained human like behaviour.
Delays: Set appropriate delays between actions. For instance, wait a few days after a connection request is accepted before sending a follow-up message.
💡 Good to know
We have some useful safeguards:
A person cannot be included twice in the same campaign or in two different campaigns simultaneously.
Regarding invitations: you can't send a second one to the same person.
We always check before sending a message if this prospect has already
Example Campaign Sequence
Invitation + Message Sequence
Invitation: Send a connection request with or without a personalized note.
Delay: Wait for a predefined period (e.g., 3 days) after the connection request is accepted.
Message: Send a follow-up message if the prospect has not responded automatically.
Important Safeguards
No Duplicate Actions: A prospect cannot be included in the same campaign or multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Message History Check: Leadseeder checks if a message has already been sent to a prospect to avoid duplicates.
Automatic Removal: Prospects who do not accept invitations within a specified period (e.g., 15 days) or those who respond to messages will be automatically removed from the campaign.
By following these steps, you can efficiently set up and run a LinkedIn lead generation campaign using Leadseeder, maximizing your outreach and saving time on repetitive tasks.
💡 Good to know
If prospects don't accept your invitation within 15 days, they will be removed from the campaign and not receive the message. However, if they do accept your connection request, they will receive the message. After a short waiting period, they will exit the campaign.
If you receive a reply from a prospect in response to any of your notes, messages, or emails, they will be removed from this campaign and will no longer receive any more messages as part of this sequence.
They will be marked with "Has replied" status, so you can filter them in the campaign.
