Optionally, as Admin you could display the average final scores for an employee at the bottom of the individual evaluation reports. This will give the employee insight into how they themselves think they are scoring on average compared to how the coach thinks they are.
💡 When peer feedback from colleagues also is activated in the template, these scores may also be reflected in the overall rating.
❗️Note: However, this will require the peer to score on all weighted themes.
Where do you activate the option to show average final scores?
When you create an evaluation (cycle) as Admin or coach. At step 3, you can define the settings for all participating employees.
The last option under the general settings ‘Show the overall rating of the employee in the review report’, provides the final result below.
The average final scores are based on the extracted themes weighted and answered using the standard rating scale.
❗️Note: There are a number of requirements for the final score to be shown in staff reports:
The themes that are important for the final score must have been given a weighting in the template.
For each theme that is weighted, there must be input from the coaches.
