Release note - Multi-select at goals and additional email notifications

We have another set of new & improved features for Learned 3.0 πŸš€

In this Release Note, we provide you with an overview of several new features we have made available in Learned πŸ™Œ.


🎯 Multi-select in goals module

With this update, we have added the ability to select multiple goals and perform an action for them to the platform. This allows you to perform several bulk actions easily and quickly.

  • Edit, archive, unarchive or delete multiple goals at the same time.

  • Easily change the privacy setting or subtype of multiple goals at once.


Extra email notifications πŸ“¨

In addition to nice optimisations in the platform, we have now also implemented an optimisation in the email notifications by sending additional email notifications. Thus, from now on, you will receive the following emails, among others:

For Coaches:

  • An email when an employee disagrees with the review.

  • A notification when another coach has shared their input.

For Employees:

  • After completion of a review, an email with the review report attached.

  • Updates when time/date is updated.

  • When input from the coach or peers is added to the report.

βœ… What else have we added?

  • The previous answers have been further expanded! Thus, you will not only see the score given last time, but also the textual explanation of that score.

  • The summary in Reviews is now also available in the mobile app. In addition, you can also add attachments via the mobile app.

  • Additional validations when creating an evaluation session, so you can identify issues faster.


Next release πŸš€

  • Sidebar with information regarding Career, Goals and Reviews of an employee is added to 1:1 conversations.

  • Addition of the notebook to the sidebar so you can quickly and easily view and track your notes.
