We have released some new AI features for Learned again 🚀
In this release note, you will find an overview of the new functionalities that, depending on your organisation settings, are now available in Learned 🙌.
❗️: The AI features are disabled for organisations that have explicitly indicated that they do not want to use them.

🆕 Create concept reviews using AI
In this release, we have added the generation of draft reviews using AI within the Evaluation module. You can now use the help of AI to have a draft review generated based on previous scores and notes. These jobs will hopefully allow you to prepare even better reviews, in less time. 🌟 More information? Read this article.
💬 Use AI tips & tricks as a manager to prepare the conversation
To support managers in conducting effective and well-prepared review conversations, we have added AI tips. These tips provide guidance for the specific conversation, by structuring the conversation, identifying strengths and development areas, and giving example questions. Need more information? 🎯 Create personal goals using AI
To support managers and employees in formulating clear, concrete and relevant development goals, you can use AI to automatically generate draft goals. These goals are tailored to the employee's role, performance and context. For example, if it turns out that a certain skill or relevant focus area from the job profile allows room for improvement. 🎙️ Record and summarize the conversation with AI
To make sure that no valuable conversation insights are lost and everything is captured properly, you can have conversations automatically recorded and summarised by AI.
