🆕 AI text editing in Reviews
More and more AI functionalities are being added to the platform. In this release, we have added Text editing using AI within Reviews. So you can easily have your answer rephrased or change tone using AI. Check out this video to see how it works.👇

Add comments to your goal updates 🎯
Add a comment to your goal when you update its progress. This way, you can keep track of what you have done in relation to this goal. All comments are visible in the goal under the “Updates” tab and you can also view them via the sidebar in evaluations.

In an ongoing review cycle, you have the option of sending manual reminders for various open tasks. This way, in addition to automatic task notifications, you can easily send employees and managers a reminder to get started on an open task.
