Text editing with AI when preparing for a review
When you are invited for a review, you get the task to prepare for this review. In the platform you find the option to use text editing with AI for your text answers or comments to a score question.
💡 By using the AI text editing it will save you time in the preparation for reviews by helping you formulate clear answers as your input.
How to use text editing
When you start preparing for a review and you have to answer multiple text questions, or when you're writing a summary in the review report, you can use AI text editing. With this you can ask AI to help improve your answers. Fill in a few words or sentence to answer the question. Then, click on the 'Assist me' button in the text area.
💡 If you only want assistance from AI for a few words or certain sentence within a larger text, select the specific sentence. A button 'Assist me' appears below the selected text to assist you with this specific part of the text.
A sidebar opens where AI gives you 5 easy to use prompts:
Make shorter: Shorten your answer
Make longer: Expand your answer
Change tone of voice: Change it to professional or more informal
Translate: Translate your text to a different language
Correct spelling and grammar: Check for spelling and grammar
💡 Writing in your own language is easier and takes less time. You can now write the text in your native language and ask AI to translate it back to English for example.
Select the prompt you want to use and AI will give you a new answer. When you read the answer that was provided, you then have the option to:
Accept: Accept the provided answer
Decline: Decline the provided answer
Try again: Ask for a different answer
Reply: Ask a different prompt
When clicking on 'Accept' the answer AI has provided you will be added to the text area and you can continue to the next question.
