More and more AI features will be implemented in the Learned platform in order to have the option to automate Learned in part. This will especially help the managers, for whom preparing for the conversations still takes a lot of time.
AI Settings in Learned
We want to allow admins to choose whether or not to take advantage of the AI features. For Career (Jobs & Skills) AI is always on and you can use it to formulate your job profiles, skills and focus areas per skill. For other modules you have the option as Admin to enable or disable the AI features.
General settings
In the General settings part you can decide if you want to enable Text editing. With text editing you use the AI editor to select text and use prompts to improve the quality of the written content.

Reports
In the Reports section you can decide if you want to use AI to summarize and analyze the data in your reports and receive actionable tips on how to improve topics that require attention.

Performance Settings
Within the performance settings, you can enable or disable various AI features in Learned. Navigate to Organization settings > Products, then click the βοΈ icon next to Performance.

Employees can set their goals with the help of AI, and both employees and coaches can have their reviews pre-filled automatically. Coaches receive AI support to guide conversations effectively, and there is also an option to automatically record and summarize conversations.
