Glossary settings

In this article, we explain how to set up custom labels in Learned.

For companies that use specific terms instead of the default terminology (such as coach or manager), it is possible to customize these in company settings.

How to set up the Glossary

On the company settings page, you will find the section Glossary where you can set up your own glossary.

ℹ️: Organisations created before 3 October 2025, the default title for a manager will automatically be changed to “Coach” in the glossary.

When you click edit here, you can modify the labels. You then choose the 'Learned word' you want to adjust. Through the dropdown menu, you can see which words can be edited, after which you select a word.

When selecting a word, you can fill in the different forms and variations, such as the singular, plural, and possessive form of your custom word. After adding all the variations, click save to store the changes. The customized labels are immediately applied on the platform.

💡: You can also adjust the terms in multiple languages at once. To do this, select the desired language in the top right corner.
