Your personal profile settings

If you want to get started with your personal profile settings, you can do so in two ways. From your homepage you can click on your profile picture. This will take you to the page where you can adjust your personal settings.

The other way to access your personal profile settings is to click on your profile picture in the lower left corner. This will automatically take you to the Settings page of your account.

On your personal profile you can set or change various data. Under Personal Information you can enter your name, gender, phone number and date of birth. Click on 'Edit' to edit your data.

Under Career Information you will see your current role, your highest education and your work experience.

Under skills you can see the skills linked to your current role. Via the Edit button you have the possibility to hide certain skills, or to add other skills that you think you possess.

Under languages, you can set the desired system language as well as your preferred language. What is the difference? The system language is the language of the Learned platform. For example: Have you set Dutch as your system language? Then you will see the left menu in Dutch.

The preferred content language refers to available content of, for example, conversations, surveys or learning activities. For example: Your preferred language is Spanish and your Admin has added the Spanish translation of the conversation template, then you will see your questions appear in Spanish.

In the section on notifications, you can determine exactly what you want to receive notifications about. You also have the option of choosing whether you want to receive an e-mail notification or just a system notification.

Under security, you can set whether you want to log in with Multi-Factor Authentication.

With integrations, you have the option to link your Google or Outlook calendar to Learned. When a call is scheduled in Learned, it is also shown in your calendar.
