On the Goals page in the Learned platform, there are two tabs you can view:
My Goals: shows an overview of all the goals you are working on as an employee. These can include personal goals as well as team or company goals you contribute to.
All Goals: shows an overview of all goals you are allowed to view based on your user permissions.
The ability to view someone else’s goals depends on the permissions you have in the platform (User/Manager/Admin) and the privacy settings of the goal (Private, Team, Public).
The use of the 'All Goal'-page
User
On the 'My Goal'-page, you’ll find all the goals you’re working on. In addition to your personal goals, these can also include team and/or company goals.
As an employee, you can view all goals you’re allowed to see based on your permissions on the 'All Goals'-page. These may also include goals you’re not directly working on — for example, company goals, so you can track the company's progress toward achieving them.
Manager
As a manager of your team, the 'All Goals'-page serves as an overview of all the goals your team members are working on. Using the filter options, you can easily filter by goal type, team, owner, status, or timeframe.
In addition, you can also view other goals you have permission to view, such as company goals. This allows you to stay informed about the status of the company’s goals and adjust your team’s goals accordingly, or involve your team in contributing to them.
Admin
As an Admin, the 'All Goals'-page provides an overview of all goals created within the organization by employees, managers, or other Admins. It displays personal, team, and company goals. Using the filter options, you can easily filter by goal type, team, owner, status, or timeframe.
