Accidents can happen in the blink of an eye. To prevent you, as an Admin, from accidentally deleting an review or review cycle, there is a bin. This bin keeps your reviews/cycles for 30 days before this information is permanently removed from the system.
As an Admin, you can find the bin at the bottom of the submenu by clicking on your profile picture.
What information is stored in the bin?
Currently, individual reviews and review cycles, a series of multiple individual reviews, can be moved to the bin. No distinction is made based on the status of the reviews in question.
To do this, click “Move to bin” within the review module.
Note❗️: When you delete an individual review of an employee from an review cycle, it will not be moved to the bin but will be permanently removed from the company environment. This action cannot be undone.
In the bin, you can see when the item was deleted and which user performed the action.
By hovering your mouse over the item, a “Restore” button will appear. This allows you to return the review to its original location. The review will be restored to its original status.
The bin is automatically emptied after 30 days. There is no way to speed up this process.
