Where can I get started with real-time feedback?

With Learned, exchanging feedback is essential for your personal development. There are, therefore, different ways for you to get started with feedback:

  1. 360-degree review rounds by the admin and/or coach.

  2. Requesting feedback from colleagues, your coach, or external parties via email, about certain situations or goals that you have worked on.

In this article, we zoom in on option 2.

Go to the 'Feedback' page. This page contains a timeline with all exchanged feedback on goals and certain situations. You can create a feedback request at the top right of the screen.

How do I exchange real-time feedback?

  1. Press 1 of the 2 buttons at the top right of the screen. When you for instance press 'Ask feedback' a module opens. Here you can first select 1 or more colleagues, or enter an email address to ask external parties for feedback.

  2. Then write a message that you want to send with your feedback request. In this, you briefly explain what you expect from the other person.

  3. At the bottom of the popup you can select if you want to link the feedback request to 1 of your goals.

  4. Satisfied with your request? Press 'Send' to submit the request. The other user receives an email and a notification within Learned.

Tip: Have you exchanged feedback with a colleague that you would like to discuss further? When conducting 1:1's you can add the exchanged feedback messages as a talking points.
