As an admin or manager, you may be interested in the adoption of the Learned system. Conducting frequent 1:1 conversations is an important part of this. That’s why, as an Admin, we provide you with insight into how many 1:1 meetings have been held, how this develops over time, per team (member), and whether there are differences between demographic groups.
To find the adoption report, click “Reports” in the lower-left corner of the platform, just above your profile picture. As a manager and Admin, you will see the following reports appear in the submenu:
💡: Managers can only view information about their own team members.
1:1s per member
When you click on Reports in the lower-left corner, you can select the report 1-1s per member in the menu that expands. Here, you will see a table view of the number of 1-1 conversations held. By default, the view is set to show the number of conversations per team per month.
Dimension & metric
On the right side of the table, you will find the option to adjust the dimensions and the metric of the pivot table.
The primary dimension determines which information is displayed in rows in the far-left column.
The metric determines which information is displayed horizontally across the columns. For example, you can view the number of conversations per month, but also on a quarterly or yearly basis.
You can then also set a secondary or third dimension to add more depth to the primary dimension. This allows you to view, for each team, the scores for team members, age groups, or genders that belong to that team.
Additional options
You will also see the option to add information or change the display. For example, you can add the organization's average score. This makes it easier to consult the total numbers and allows you to see how a specific value relates to the overall picture.
You can also view, in addition to absolute values and counts, what percentage of a team or another group has participated in at least one meeting.
Finally, you will see a number of filter options you can use. These allow you to narrow down the information to a specific time period or, for example, exclude certain teams from the view.
